WORLD FINANCIAL CENTER AND THE WINTER GARDEN ATRIUM Cross over the West Side Highway via the foot bridge and happen upon this hidden little gem! It offers much better views of all the Ground Zero activity minus the “vendors” and if you’re lucky, you might catch one of the many free art and cultural performances that take place center stage in the atrium. Grab some lunch or get in a bit more shopping while you’re there.
