Ravi Hampole is the Design Director for Beauty Care in the Global Strategic Design Office of Johnson and Johnson. Originally from Toronto Canada, Ravi began his career at Fitch an award winning international multidisciplinary design firm as a part of the Communications group where he focused on developing product, brand and design languages for Hasbro International and retail merchandising opportunities for the Avedis Zildjian Co.

He continued on as a Design Director for Catapult Thinking, a multidisciplinary strategic, research and design consultancy, where he lead a small team of designers, writers and researchers. While there he helped designed brand languages and retail experiences for a variety of clients in the music and electronics industry.

In 2003 Ravi relocated to New York to be Creative Director of the Tank NY office. While there he helped manage and direct new business opportunities as well as develop a cohesive structure for teams and design processes. Over the course of his career he has directed projects for a wide range of clients including Cole Haan, IMO, Polaroid, Salomon Sports, Shure, Web.com, IAC Interactive Corp, HMS Host, Puma and Virgin.

Ravi holds a BFA in Communication Design from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh and an MFA in Graphic Design from Yale University in New Haven.
